This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Serra Nova Financial and its affiliates (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies solely to visitors, users, households, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).

E. Biometric information – Examples: fingerprints, faceprints, voiceprints, iris scans, gait, or other biometric data. (Collected: NO for customers / YES for certain employees)

F. Internet or other similar network activity – Examples: browsing history, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with our website or ads. (Collected: YES)

G. Geolocation data – Examples: physical location or movements. (Collected: YES)

H. Sensory data – Examples: audio, electronic, visual, or similar information. (Collected: YES)

I. Professional or employment-related information – Examples: current or past job history or performance evaluations. (Collected: YES)

J. Non-public education information – Examples: grades, transcripts, student financial information. (Collected: NO)

K. Inferences drawn from other personal information – Examples: profile reflecting preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, behavior, attitudes, or abilities. (Collected: YES)

Personal information does not include publicly available information from government records, de-identified or aggregated consumer information, or information excluded from the CCPA’s scope such as:

  • Health or medical information covered by HIPAA or CMIA

  • Personal information covered by sector-specific privacy laws (GLBA, FCRA, FIPA, DPPA)

  • Indirectly from our clients or their agents (for example, information collected in the course of providing services).

  • Directly and indirectly from activity on our website (for example, submissions through our website portal or automatically collected usage details).
